Do you have a gift for music? We are always looking to add skilled musicians as Instrumentalists and Vocalists onto our Worship Team.

Have a passion for helping children grow in their knowledge and love for God? Our Kids Team has a place for you from Kids Check-In Hosts, to Early Childhood Teacher, to Elementary Small Group Leader.

Want to be more involved on a Sunday without being seen on stage? Join our team of lighting, sound, media, and camera operators. Experience doesn't matter, we will happily teach and train.

Do you get excited about lifting the needs of others up in prayer? Our Prayer Team is always looking for people comfortable to pray for people during the worship element of our services.

We love our Venture en Español community here at Venture!  We now offer translation during our 11:30am service. If you are fluent in Spanish and want to serve this community, we would love to have you join this team and translate a service!

We recruit new Group leaders 3xs/ year, before each of our Group trimesters. We believe God enables all believers to lead, even as they journey to grow themselves. If you have a passion for a topic or activity, a love for a book of the Bible, or just a love for people in general,  or you are willing to host people in your home, we'd love to have you!

Have a passion for missions locally and/or in other countries? Help us bring the hope of Jesus outside of the walls of the church. Example serve opportunities include putting on local outreaches and short-term missions trips and caring for our missionaries. Click here for more information.

Have a passion to support and raise up the next generation? Youth Leaders (who commit to serve for a school year) mentor students and help support weekly youth services, Bible studies and regular events.  

We have a passion for young adults who have graduated who have finished their high school years and are looking for their people.  Join our YA team to help connect young adults and lead young adult small groups, events, and weekly services.

Our Men's Team is always looking for fun new team members interested in helping us lead men's groups plan creative events, cook food, organize tournaments, and provide leadership for Venture Church. 

Enjoy connecting women to one another? Or do you have a passion for planning events? Our Women's Ministry  has places to be involved. Each Fall we also build our Mom Co team with table hosts, mentor moms, and childcare support.

Do you have a mature, healthy, Christian marriage? We are always looking for more couples to train as Marriage Mentors (for couples who need some support) and Pre-Marriage Counselors (for those just getting started).

Real life change happens at CR. Come be a part of a thriving community of faith and serve those most in need as Jesus  changes lives. At CR we need people to help with services, worship, facilitate groups, lead step studies, etc. There is also specific opportunities to serve at-risk youth through the Landing Ministry.

Are you detail oriented and like to support behind-the-scenes? There is opportunity throughout the week to serve on the Admin Team in our church offices supporting the Venture team. Some of the regular tasks include writing notes, prepping mailers, updating lists and spreadsheets, getting things ready for Sundays, running laundry and even receiving packages and welcoming guests. Let us know if you'd like to help during the week!
